Cyndee Wildt

Cyndee Wildt is originally from Lakewood, Calif., and moved to Denver after a successful career in the aerospace industry as a project manager with Northrop Grumman in El Segundo, Calif. When Wildt moved to Colorado she wanted a lifestyle change from corporate business; she wanted something completely different and enjoyable.

Wildt remembered her earlier days of fun when she accompanied her grandmother around the casinos in Las Vegas. She’s been in every casino in Vegas and fondly remembers playing her first hand of blackjack there with her grandmother. Once in Colorado Wildt went to school, learned how to deal cards, and became a dealer at a Black Hawk casino.

About half a year ago Wildt transferred to Canyon Casino in Black Hawk and with her experience in management and gaming, she was in due course promoted to a supervisory position as a pit boss. Wildt supervises a staff of more than 20 dealers at the games tables while also handling the administrative aspects of the job, such as payroll and employee reviews. She and her team constantly brainstorm on ways to ensure that their guests have an enjoyable visit each and every time they come to the casino.

Canyon Casino was always one of Wildt’s favorites and she’s happy to be working there. Wildt says the Canyon “goes over and above” in making customers known and appreciated. “If anyone is not happy, we make sure they’re happy.” Customer service is first for her.

Canyon Casino is open 24 hours on the weekend, Friday through Saturday, and can be contacted by phone at 303-777-1111 or www.canyoncasino.com for more information on week day hours and special promotions being offered during October. With such dedicated and enthusiastic employees like Wildt on the job, your gaming experience at Canyon will be an awesome and rewarding one. Stop by and say hi the next time you’re in town.
