There will be more than 50 booths showcasing treasures of every variety. High Country Fire Department Auxiliary gathers pre-owned treasures to stock 20 of the booths to help fund their activities, principally feeding firefighters during fires throughout the year. Local residents use the remaining booths to sell there goods. Food will be furnished by the Lady Elks and by Manley’s BBQ. There is ample free parking onsite.
To reach the Gilpin County Barn and Fairgrounds, take Golden Gate Canyon Road (paved) west to the county complex, about 17 miles west of CH 93, on the south side of the road. Turn left on Norton Drive and follow it to the parking lot. Using Clear Creek Canyon and US 6, take CH 119 to its intersection with CH 46 at approximately mile marker 12.5; turn right, east, on CH 46 & drive 1/2 mile to Norton Drive. Turn right and follow Norton Dr. to the parking lot.
