Dave from Lakewood is an employee supervisor for Fitz and has spent 10 years in the gaming industry with most of it spent at Fitzgeralds. He left for a short while to spend a few years in Las Vegas, but he returned to the Black Hawk casino and has stayed put ever since. Dave “loves working here” and when he returned, it was like he’d never left.

Senior Floor Technician Andrea is also from Lakewood and considers Fitzgeralds her “home away from home.” She enjoys intermingling with the casino’s guests and says with a grin, “I treat them good.” Look for Andrea the next time you are there and give her a smile — she’ll smile back even bigger.
In August a shiny red Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a 2010 V-Rod with 1250 HP and a water-cooled engine, was on display at the Harley Pit. Players in the Pit received a free entry for the Harley giveaway and played more for additional entries. Drawings were held for weekly finalists and on Saturday, Aug. 28, one final drawing gave the motorcycle to a very lucky winner!
Don’t despair—come back to Fitzgeralds Black Hawk, as it will be repeating its Sun Harley giveaway in September with a red 2010 Fat Boy boasting 1584 HP with an air-cooled engine. The drawing for the lucky winner of this hot bike will take place in November.
