Are you tired of the same old burger and steak routine? Well, then head on up to Ruby Tuesday. Located at the Wildwood Casino in Cripple Creek, Ruby Tuesday has brought a whole new fresh taste to town.
Start your dining experience off with a bang by trying one of the numerous appetizers. I highly recommend the thai phoon shrimp. Lightly battered and fried to golden brown then coated with a spicy-sweet chile sauce, these shrimp are just the right choice to kick start any palate. From 4 – 6 p.m. everyday enjoy, Happy Hour with $2 off any appetizer.
Ruby Tuesday offers a great salad bar that can be added to any entrée for only $2.99 or to enjoy as a meal itself. Photo courtesy of Wildwood Casino.
Guests 21 and older can enjoy $5 premium cocktails everyday. Ruby Tuesday also features a $3 Draft of the Day. Ask your server for the day’s selection.
Those looking for a taste of the East Coast should dive into the jumbo lump crab cake. There’s way more crab than cake, fried to a golden brown and served with a sweet-hot chile sauce. Definitely the best crab cake west of the Chesapeake Bay. Interested in more traditional appetizers? Ruby Tuesday offers up a variety of dips with unlimited tortilla chips as well as three different varieties of chicken wings.
From salads and pasta dishes to seafood, steaks and ribs, the large variety of entrees are sure to satisfy everyone in the family. The three seafood dishes to take note of are the herb-crusted tilapia, Asian glazed salmon and the parmesan shrimp pasta.
The steak and lobster tail is not your ordinary surf and turf. Choose from either a 7 or 9 oz sirloin, cooked to order. Both are served with a tender lobster tail grilled to perfection, fresh steamed broccoli and a choice of baked potato or white cheddar mashed potatoes
If chicken is your thing, I would recommend the chicken bella. A fresh grilled chicken breast, smothered with sautéed baby portabella mushrooms and artichokes in a Parmesan cream sauce. Served with fresh steamed broccoli and choice of baked potato or white cheddar mashed potatoes.
Add a trip to the endless salad bar to any entree for just $2.99. Or you can enjoy the salad bar as your meal. Choose from romaine, spring mix or classic iceberg lettuce to start, and then pile on cheeses, fresh cut peppers and onions, ham, peas or garbanzo beans. Make space on your plate for the fresh fruit salad, broccoli salad or a variety of pasta salads.
Make sure to save room for dessert. Both the tiramisu and double chocolate cake are to die for. If you can’t fit anymore in, the crew at Ruby Tuesday would be more than happy to pack your dessert to take home.
Ruby Tuesday is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. A new brunch menu is offered on Sundays from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
